Complete 4000 Hours Watch Time On YouTube: YouTube has not only became a second largest search engine after Google, but also it has became one of the biggest money earning platform for many users.

When we watch a YouTube video, we watch that video in normal speed. But there are different playback speed option available on YouTube videos.

where you can play YouTube videos in 0.5x slow speed, you can play in 0.25x slow speed, same you can play in 1.5x fast speed, 1.25x fast speed.

So if a person watches a 10 minute video in normal speed, then it is obvious that it will take 10 minutes for him to complete that video.

But if a person watches same 10 minute video in 0.5x which is half the slow speed, then it will take him 20 minutes to complete that 10 minute video.

So YouTube will count the watch time as long as the video is running. Even if a 10 minute video is been played for 20 minutes by switching it in 0.5x slow speed, YouTube will count the watch time of 20 minutes as the video will take 20 minutes to complete.

YouTube will not count the 10 minutes which is the actual time of the video.

I don’t know if this a glitch of YouTube or what, but this trick is working 100% fine.

I have also tested this trick on one of my gaming channel where i played my 2 hour video on 0.25x slow speed.

Now if you calculate. 2 hour video will take 2 hours to complete in a normal speed. But if you play same video in 0.25x speed it will take around 8-9 hours to complete.

And same happened with me. When i played that 2 hour video in 0.25x slow speed, it took around 9 hours to complete the video. And YouTube calculated 9 hours watch time on my channel for that video instead of calculating 2 hour watch time.
